We are looking urgently for an office manager to work for our client, a City based recruitment company. This is a very busy and involved role looking after 120 staff and main day to day duties will include a large amount of facilities, maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the office, overseeing all ordering of office stationary and office equipment. On the IT side you will be responsible for backing up servers and facilitating desk moves so it is essential that you are experienced in these areas. You will be working closely with the directors and will have a number of staff reporting into you so you must have supervisory experience and must be comfortable working at very senior level and happy making important decisions. It is essential that you have at least 5 years office management experience, have excellent communication and organisational skills and have managed staff previously. Good IT skills and an outgoing and confident personality are also essential.
